Starting Butler’s Green on November 8, 2025, the Arrowtown Backyard Ultra Every hour, on the Arrow River Trail, runners will cover a 6.71km loop until just one person stays standing. This self-supported race promises to challenge players to their abilities with a combination of hard-packed paths and twisting single routes across woodland.
Runners who fail to complete a lap within the hour or who are not ready in the starting corral for the following lap will be noted as DNF (Did Not Finish) under this unusual structure. Declared the winner is only the last person standing; everyone else has the same DNF status.
